I've always kept myself in pretty good shape but I used to think that getting the body I wanted was unattainable and didn't know where to start - I'd go to the gym several times a week for months on end and get frustrated with the lack of results. Finally, after years of getting it all wrong and countless hours spent studying fitness, nutrition and body transformations, I've learned what is required and it's really not that complicated!
I am passionate about wanting to help as many people as possible save the time/money/frustration that I experienced. It breaks my heart seeing people starve themselves, doing endless cardio and living their lives in misery due to guilt about eating or just dissatisfaction with their bodies. It's not just a case of making people look better on the outside, the knock-on effect of feeling incredible on the inside is what I want to help you achieve!
Personally, I changed to a vegan diet back in July 2017, predominantly for ethical reasons (the animals), but the health benefits and environmental impact make it even more essential in my opinion. I absolutely love every single aspect of it, feel fantastic and will never ever go back.
I feel that I am in a particularly good position to help both vegans and people looking to transition into a vegan lifestyle.
